We had an amazing time! The house was wonderful. The back deck was so relaxing. We saw dolphins playing twice. Having access to all our beach needs and kayaks and paddle boards was a plus. House was super clean!

Freshly updated and well appointed. Beautiful location 15' from the water on a nice bay. Kayaks, bikes and a paddleboard were available. The rental is the front half of a house with very nice outside areas on the water. These outside areas are shared between the 2 units. The house next door is being rehabbed and this created a high level of noise during most of our stay. Overall, we were very pleased with the accommodations and the location.

We stayed at the Dylan for 6 weeks and it was awesome. The location is perfect for beach, walking, biking and water fun!!! The Villa is spacious for its size and in great condition. The amenities are exceptional and the view we had was so beautiful, especially if you are a water lover! Because we were there for a long stay, we did have to contact the Properly Management team and they responded immediately to our email and to our concerns. We already signed up again for next year!!! You will love it and the location!!

excellent property , would definitely stay there again. Comfortable beds, had all the necessary kitchen needs. Really liked the paddleboard, bicycles, outdoor gas powered fire pit. Right on the bay and just 4-5 blocks from ocean beach. Property managers were very prompt with any of our questions or needs.
