Sandy Shores

This beautiful new construction home is located directly on the white sandy beaches of Treasures Island. The house consists of 6 bedrooms with 4.5 bathrooms set over 3 floors.

The first floor consists of a large garage that can easily fit 2-3 cars. Step through the door and take the elevator or stairs up to the second floor.

On the second floor you will walk into a large living area with flat screen TV. There is a fantastic kitchen featuring a gas hob and stove, electric combo oven/microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher with seating for 6 at the island. There is also a wet bar and breakfast nook together with a formal dining area. You can step out onto the balcony to BBQ or sit out and enjoy the breathtaking views.

On this level there are two bedrooms, one with a king bed, the other with two sets of bunk beds. These bedrooms share a Jack'n'Jill bathroom with shower. There is also a half bathroom for guests to use off of the living area.

The third floor consists of the remaining 4 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed and large walk in closet. The master bathroom features a soaking tub and separate walk in shower as well as a double sink/vanity unit.

Bedroom 2 has a king bed and an ensuite tub/shower combination. This bedroom and the master share a large balcony with incredible views of the beach and the Gulf of Mexico.

The other two bedrooms on this floor share a Jack'n'Jill bathroom. One bedroom has a queen bed, the other a king bed. There is also a laundry room on the 3rd floor. All bedrooms have a flat screen TV.

The rear of the property has a pool and hot tub, with sunbeds and seating for you and your party to relax in. There is also an outdoor shower for you to rinse off after a dip in the warm Gulf of Mexico which is just steps away. There are plenty of amenities and toys for your use. We have beach chairs and umbrellas, Paddle boards and Kayaks available for your use*. There is also a full crib, pack-n-play, high chair and baby gates for your convenience.

There is no doubt, that you, your family and friends will enjoy your stay in our home.
