Everything about our stay at Gulf Breezes was perfect. The location to the pool and beach were ideal; it was also nice to have sand toys, beach chairs, and water sports equipment on the property. The layout and decor of the home is ideal for a large family vacation. We will definitely coming back in the future.

This is a beautiful, spacious home with a lovely pool, hot tub and right on the beach! Our family of 12 - ages 4 to 70 - had a wonderful time! Great kitchen and grill for cooking in - lots of dining room space and room for all of us to watch movies together. We loved the Indian Rocks Beach area and would definitely return to this fabulous beach home!

Great house. Well stocked everything you could ever need. Spices coffee ect Beverage fridge and bar all stocked with previous guest pay it forward leftovers. Which we also did. Beautiful house .Reccomend highly. Likely to rent again next year.

We had an amazing time at Gulf Breezes. The house was beautiful, and the beach was just steps away. The garage was stocked with beach chairs, toys, pool floats, coolers, and anything you would need for the pool/beach. The house came with all the essentials you would need to enjoy your vacation. Would love to stay again!

Just finished our second stay at Gulf Breezes. The house has everything we need. There are enough bedrooms for all 10 of us awhich is hard to find. The sunsets from the beach or one of the balconies are spectacular. Our only disappointment was that it was already booked for June 2024 but we are going to try the identical house two doors down.

We took a multigenerational family vacation the first week of May - 8 adults and 5 kids (2 months-7 years). Gulf Breezes was absolutely PERFECT and had everything we could ask for! Every little detail was thought of. Plenty of beach toys, Tommy Bahama beach chairs, a cabana, coolers, swim vests - you name it. The pool and hot tub were a huge hit with the kids and we all loved having private beachfront access from the backyard - literally steps away from the ocean and we could go back and forth all day. The beach is large, clean, and uncrowded. The house itself was immaculate and had plenty of space for our large group. We loved having breakfast at the island and eating lunch and dinner on the second floor deck. The location is wonderful as well - in between Indian Rocks Beach business district and Indian Shores, two quaint and family-friendly towns. Clearwater is a 20 min drive north - we went several times during our stay, but there's no need to leave IRB, there is plenty within walking distance. Our one recommendation for the hosts would be to have a weekend hotline - when we arrived Saturday PM there were a few issues, including the elevator not working and a clogged shower drain. The elevator was a major problem for us as a member of our party has mobility limitations and it was difficult for him to navigate the stairs. The elevator was fixed by Monday but it would have been helpful to have someone available when we arrived. However this little bump did not dampen our stay. All in all we highly recommend this property - you will make memories to last a lifetime! We hope to go back one day!

My family had a great time using the pool in the warm weather and taking a short walk to the beach. The house was large enough to handle my family and the grandkids loved the space and all the water toys. The house is a short walk to plenty of places to eat.

The house was absolutely perfect! It had everything we needed and more. The views were unmatched and made for beautiful sunsets. The communication between everyone we dealt with was prompt and answered all our questions. We would definitely stay at this property again!

The property we rented was beyond our expectations. We are a family of 12, ranging in age from 76 to 18, and every one of us loved this rare experience. The house, though expensive, was worth every penny. We had an issue with the elevator, and Alex responded quickly to fix the problem. We would recommend this property to anyone who wants to feel like "The Rich and Famous" for the duration of the rental.

This home is perfect and has everything you need for a wonderful vacation! You have beach towels, beach chairs, toys for your children of all ages. The management company is extremely responsive to your every need. I highly recommend this rental!

We had our two daughters and 4 grand kids and enough room for another family friend to stay. Your own pool. Close to beach lots and lots of room every thing you could want from cooking spices to beach toys We also own rental properties and this is a true 5 star vacation rental

What a great spacious well maintained home right at the beach! We loved every minute and enjoyed the beautiful sunsets. The kids liked the pool very much! Liz and Alex are such a great hosts. They responded quickly and are flexible in changing our dates during the pandemic when we couldn’t travel from Europe. Thank you!

The Gulf Breezes Beach Home was amazing for our family of 10. The spacious, clean and”well thought” floor plan worked well for us. The ocean view was incredibly beautiful and just steps away. The pool and hot tub were enjoyed daily. We were thankful for the crib, high chair, baby gates and all the extras in the large garage. This beautiful home provided us with lots of happy memories. We would all love to return!

By far our favorite home to book. The layout of the house, pool and beach views are fantastic. This home (and the other identical ones) is our first choice for spring break vacations every year.

There is no better beach rental house! This house provides everything you need for a wonderful vacation. Just bring your clothes, sit back and enjoy.

We rented this beach house for our family vacation of 14 people, 7 under the age of 12! The house was clean, decorated beautifully and had amazing views of the ocean from 2 large balconies! Everyone enjoyed all the beach chairs, umbrellas and the plentiful children’s beach/pool toys. We especially enjoyed the child size and adult paddle boards, was alot of fun! I would highly recommend Gulf Breezes for a great beach vacation!

We took our family kids and grandkids with all ages having a wonderful time. The location and house are absolutely terrific. Right amount of bedrooms and bathrooms and space is utilized extremely well. You can't go wrong with this house!!

Our Gulf Breeze house was perfect! We had a family of 10 vacation, and the house was awesome! Everything we needed was there - 6 bedrooms, quality cookware, dishes, double ovens, grill. The beach supplies were wonderful - the kids enjoyed all the beach toys. The best part was the short walk to the beach. It is the best beach house we have stayed at. As I write this; I am trying to put into words how perfect, gorgeous and how immaculate this home was to stay in for a week. The sunset views from the Master Suite balcony and Great Room balcony was breathtaking every evening. Perfect layout if you have a large group staying. The white sandy beach and pool......AMAZING!! If I had one negative comment ? no pizza cutter!! Ha Ha. The kitchen has everything you need with high- end appliances etc. Thank you Liz and Alex for your hospitality. The Stiles Family

Our stay at your Indian Rocks Beach house was wonderful and fit our family needs perfectly. The house is situated directly on Indian Rocks beach with clear unobstructed views of the beach and the Gulf. We enjoyed beautiful sunsets from the two expansive decks. Our family of 7 adults and a one year old had more than enough room, with all of us having separate bedrooms and bathrooms. All the rooms were clean, comfortable and well appointed. The layout of the main level was very open so we could all be part of the action whether we were cooking, eating, or enjoying each other's company. Everything we needed was provided-we even had a high chair and crib to use. The pool area could easily accommodate all of us and beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, etc. were all available. A definite five star house and location.

Our family has stayed at a number of houses in the area, and this house was by far the best - new construction and well thought out. I would definitely recommend this house!

This is a long one, but bare with me, I wanted to make sure I let everyone know about the whole experience! Staying at this beach house has been the best experience yet! We had a big group, 3 families that fit very comfortably in this beautiful house! 6 fully furnished, with TVs in each bedroom! We walked in to our "green dream" as we liked to call our house, & immediately noticed the huge garage that fit our suburban & another SUV. Then the entry to the house was our next step! As a mom of 2 toddlers & an infant, I noticed right away how clean the house was! Everything was very clean from the floors, countertops, bathrooms to the rooms! I felt very comfortable letting my kids crawl around the floors, lay on the beds/couches. Even the dishes & utensils were spotless! Plus all the appliances were in tip top shape...& state of the art appliances at that! The house was decorated & furnished with the nicest things! Everything matched & flowed so nicely! The dishes & utensils were well stocked & very nice! There was some supplies left for us so that in a crunch we had something to use!(toilet paper, soap, paper towels etc!) There were plenty of towels for the entire house. There were plenty of beach towels too! Now the pool/beach area! I have to mention the views from the house are incredible! You literally are steps from the beach! The pool is a nice big size, and the spa tub was a plus for the parents to enjoy at night! There was plenty of toys for the kids to play with in the pool & on the beach! If I could, I'd rate this house a 10! We all really enjoyed our stay, felt safe & at home in the beautiful house & would definitely stay here again. So if anyone is o. The fence, I'd say you are making a pretty good decision staying in the green dream! Thank you to liz & alex for being so kind & accommodating & helping us with our trip!

Our family of 7 adults and 4 children could not have been happier here. From the huge garage to use for parking, to the elevator to carry food and luggage to the huge, open living/eating/kitchen area, it just gets better. Of course the first thing we all did was check out the beach...only steps away, and the pool..plenty of life jackets and toys for the kids, and lounging chairs for adults. Everything was clean and ready. We LOVED the pay-it-forward bar fridge. It had water, soda and adult drinks. We had our own, but if we hadn't had time to stop, that would have been so, so welcoming. The kitchen had garbage bags, spices, and storage bags that had been left by others. Again, very helpful! We loved the bathroom in the garage...all concrete flooring so kids could run in easily. Each bedroom was perfect for each of us. I think the only complaint was the TV service, but then again, we didn't use them all that much. Grocery store and wal mart were near as were restaurants. We didn't even take time to shop, so no idea there. We found sea horses on the beach (one was dead and the other we put back in the ocean.) and saw a roseate spoonbill. The Audibon Society was protecting a nesting of Black Skimmers and there was a champion level skim boarder practicing on our beach. It was never crowded there for us. We have been to Florida many times, but love this beach! Would go back in a minute. Thanks for the great week.

Very nice new home in a great location. Beach is very nice. Nice park within walking distance with basketball, tennis and great children’s playground
