We enjoyed a wonderful, comfortable week at Blue Oasis. The house was clean and beautifully decorated. Plenty of room for our 12 family members. We have stayed at other houses managed and rented by Alex and Liz and have never been disappointed! Thank you both!

Let me just start by thanking Liz and Alex-for providing us with a stellar home for myself and my husband, our 3 children, their spouses and our 6 grandchildren! Liz and Alex were quick to respond for any questions or concerns we had. As for the house-AMAZING! Right on the beach, and plenty of room for everyone! Spotlessly clean! More than enough sand toys, beach chairs etc:) When you need a day away from the sand you will have a wonderful pool/hot tub to enjoy-I can’t say enough of the amenities which include a “pay it forward” bar so that after a long day of travel you can enjoy a beverage while unpacking and setting in:) We donated a couple of items that we found useful being “older” which was a small coffee pot where my husband I could make in our bedroom in the morning to enjoy a cup of coffee while we woke up with the morning sun on the spacious patio right outside our bedroom. We also purchased and left 2 patio chairs that could be taken to the beach because if I would have managed to get myself into a low beach chair I probably wouldn’t get out?????? My ONLY suggestion is to have some throws/blankets to use in the cooler mornings while sitting on the gorgeous patio in the morning or while enjoying watching the sunset! Great place and all the family enjoyed the weeklong gathering. Even when the weather didn't cooperate the view and sounds of the ocean did.

We have now stayed twice and both times were a wonderful experience. The rental contact is very responsive and helpful. It is well-equipped and has lots of room to spread out and escape from family if you need to for a bit. :) The beach chairs could use a refresh, but we made them work. Very short and easy walk to the Kooky Coconut, which is very affordable and has wonderful lunch and ice cream. Would recommend a million times over and will definitely be staying again!

The owners of this home takes immaculate care of it! It was so perfect for our family! From the baby bed and High chair to the wonderful pay it forward concept…..it was sheer perfection! We loved kayaking and paddle boarding! Truly the best house we have ever stayed in! Can’t wait til next year! Thank you so much for everything!

The beach house far exceeded our expectations! The property is beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable! It is also convenient to shopping, restaurants, and just steps from the beautiful beach! Alex and his team were quick to respond when we had questions. We look forward to our next opportunity to stay there!

Once again, I can’t say enough about this beautiful beach home. We had a fabulous time! It is so family friendly with everything you need for that perfect vacation. The ocean was only feet away and the water was crystal clear. There was nothing like coming off the beach to relax in a beautiful pool as well! I would not hesitate to rent this home again it is our second time here and beautiful memories were made!!!

The size of this home was absolutely perfect! Big and spacious! Beautifully decorated. Found a park nearby for pickle ball, basketball and gym equipment for the kiddos. Have already recommended to a friend. Views were outstanding! Wonderful vacation spot! (This is coming from someone who is very picky) lol.

Another week in Indian Rocks FL at Blue Oasis. The family and friends enjoyed our stay at this beautiful vacation home. Hope to return soon next year to relax by the pool and beach.

Wow! The perfect beach house for any family vacation. Large, luxurious, and the views are incredible! Great location in quiet community but close to all the action. The house is highly provisioned with a pay it forward philosophy. Great beach and water crafts selection are available in the garage. the kitchen, family room and 2 ocean front Master bedrooms are highlights. Highly recommended!

What more can I say than, Absolutely Amazing? Let me start with Alex and Liz. They are fantastic! I booked the tip in December for May. They worked with me from the beginning even when I needed to change the number of people attending. There were a few items I needed to address with them when we arrived. Sent an email and received an immediate response with a resolution. 1st Rate all the way! The house is large. There were several days where we had full capacity (14 people) and there was plenty of room, bedrooms and beds. We never felt like we were on top of each other. The house is very nicely appointed and has everything you need to enjoy yourself. The views from the 2nd and 3rd floor porch are life changing. My in-laws sat out there every night to watch the sun go down. The view is so special, people gather on the beach each night to film the sunset. The beach and ocean is literally steps beyond the back gate from the pool. It was never a "chore" to lug things to the beach. When we stayed in the Outer Banks we had a house on the beach but we had to go over a large dune to get there. Coming back up the hill was always a challenge. The private pool was also a real treat. It is not large but it isn't a splash pool either. The family can definitely enjoy it if the beach isn't for them. There are ocean/beach toys in the garage. I highly recommend making the deposit to use everything. In the morning, the ocean was so calm the kids were able to take the paddle boards to the beach and with no experience immediately use them and they had a blast! There is a small convenience store within walking distance. They have a small selection of items but I do recommend going to the actual grocery store to stock up for the week. There are some nice restaurants and ice cream also within walking distance. We rented bikes nearby as well. Clearwater Beach is only 7-8 miles away and John's Pass is only 6-7 miles in the other direction. Both have a ton of shopping, activities and bars/restaurants. We went to John's pass for parasailing. They also have tours, jet skis, etc. Further away we did a night time glass bottom kayak tour. That was great. Another day we rented a pontoon boat for half a day. This was awesome! I could go on and on. I highly recommend this place. Only Con and this is nitpicky...several of the bathroom sinks have very low water pressure. This in no way impacted our trip! I wish I could live there.

Blue Oasis is a perfect beach house for a family get together. We had four generations in the house and there was plenty of space for everyone. And the house is in great condition and comfortable. Proximity to the beach was great. We used the kayak and SUP. House also had plenty of beach chairs and beach toys for the smaller kids. Management was great and promptly answered my questions before arrival. Plan to return next year!

We have stayed at your rental properties for 2 vacations and they are amazing. The homes are clean and up to date, have great amenities, are stocked up on the essentials so you don't have to travel with or buy everything, and the locations and views cannot be beat. Your reservation process was very easy and there was good communication throughout. We will definitely be back!

Our family spent the first week of April here and we had a wonderful time. The house is amazing. Very well equipped & right on the beach. Beautiful sunsets every evening. It's a 3 minute walk to the ice cream store -"who could ask for anything more." Russ

I honestly didn't know what to expect when we rented this home because we normally go to Hawaii during the winter. With the COVID lockdown, we decided to give Florida a try and we were SO glad we did. This home is far more beautiful than the photos. It is clean, spacious and was perfect for our family while we visited. The kitchen is well stocked with all the amenities you need and has two ovens for larger groups. The beverage bar has drinks that you use and replace. We left two full bottles of wine we didn't drink and hard alcohol as well. Now lets get to the VIEWS ! WOW! from every West facing slider window and decks on the 2nd and 3rd floor, you can this incredible view of the beach. We had two little problems come up and the management company was literally there in 15 minutes to address them. I would highly recommend this home to anyone who enjoys a nice place to stay while on vacation. We will definitely be back.

What a fabulous property. The home was "spotless", and very well stocked. What a surprise to experience a "pay it forward" attitude. So different from other properties we've experienced. And a pleasant surprise to not have to buy the "little things" like spices and kitchen supplies, complete with plenty of appliances. Our host mgrs, Liz and Alex, were such a delight to work with and very prompt with any concerns. Thank you for a wonderful stay. There was even an adorable decorated Christmas tree to make us feel at home for Christmas. We also needed an accessible home for my grandson and grateful for an elevator. We definitely would love to come back to enjoy this beautiful property.

We felt like we were at an upscale spa! None of us have ever stayed in a house as well appointed and clean as Blue Oasis. Liz and Alex always available for any questions. Perfect house, perfect location, perfect vacation!

New, clean and beautifully decorated beach house for the whole family or a group of friends. The house is located on the gulf with outstanding views. Everything you need to cook or grille a feast. The interior looks like something from HGTV. Only 2 things I would add is comfy chairs in the bedrooms for reading and the other is outdoor furniture for the 2 bedroom balconies. The heated pool and hot tub were appreciated on the cooler days. Overall we would highly recommend to others .

My family stayed at the Blue Oasis from August 24-31, 2019. The house was awesome. It was large enough for my family of 10, it was beautifully decorated and was very clean when we arrived. Alex and Liz were always very helpful when I had questions and were quick to respond. I would definitely recommend this house to my friends and hope to come back again!!

Due to a very busy schedule, I very seldom take the time to write reviews, do surveys etc. However, after staying at the Blue Oasis in Indian Rocks I knew I had to write a review on this incredible home. First of the location is perfect. Steps away from the beach, steps away from shops and restaurants and more importantly since I had my grandkids steps away from the ice cream shop! The house is incredible. There is great pride taken as the house was immaculate. From the cleanliness to the decor.. everything about the home was first class. Forgot your shampoos, forgot your lotions, sunscreens? Doesn’t matter as they had it all waiting. Plenty of beach towels awaited us for our stay at the beach. If your looking for the best house for your best vacation ever... Blue Oasis is it!

This house was awesome!!! It's beach front location is totally great. It was very clean and tastefully decorated. We all loved the decor. All furnishings were very nice and quality. We were so pleased with all the extras - beach towels, sunscreen, pool toys, tons of beach items including really nice chairs and umbrellas. The bathrooms were stocked with extras too, like q-tips, makeup pads, extra toilet paper, little shampoos, lotions and conditioners. Kitchen was very well equipped and top notch. Loved the pay it forward stocked bar fridge!! The owners have thought of every detail to make this home great. The owners were also easily reached and very quick to respond to any questions. Have stayed at other homes at this price range, but this one actually met all of our expectations. Would definitely love to come back!

From the moment we arrived at the Blue Oasis, we were all thrilled at how beautiful the house was. It smelled so clean and everything was immaculate. From the furniture, to the décor, and high end appliances it was all perfect. Alex had said that all we really needed to bring was our sunscreen, and boy was he right (there was even some sunscreen there). They really thought of everything when they furnished this home. Water sports equipment, beach chairs, umbrellas, sand cart and toys were all a plus. Our family of 13 enjoyed the pool and hot tub. All family members, from young kids to adults, enjoyed the house and amenities so much. Loved being right on the beach and the area was really nice with close proximity to grocery shopping and restaurants. The elevator was an extra bonus for taking up luggage to the master suites. It was great working with Liz and Alex, they were very helpful and answered all of our questions. It was a perfect house, perfect location, and a perfect vacation for our family.
