The unit was beautiful, spacious and well appointed. We love our vacations and have rented many condos in many locations....this was by far one of our favorites!!!! Would recommend to anyone.

We had a great time here. Truly a delightful place with lovely views and nice amenities. Only a few small things could have improved our wonderful two weeks: an ice cream scoop, more serving/cooking/mixing spoons for the kitchen. We had some very cold temps (40s) and the back bedroom was cold so more blankets/throws or a small space heater could have made it more comfortable. Perhaps there is a way to funnel more heat to the back bedroom? The condo is well equipped and furnished/decorated. It is modern and clean, very functional. A great vacation!

We really enjoyed our stay in the beautiful 4C condo. The condo had everything we needed and was extremely clean. Great view off the balcony and very easy walk to the beach. Liz and Alex were great to deal with. We look forward to staying there again soon. We loved the Bandits’ condo. Larry & Melanie Miller

If you’re looking for a low key, uncrowded location this is for you. There is tons of space and it’s well furnished. While the building itself is dated, the condo is clean and updated. We had 9 in our group and there was plenty of room. We loved the huge balconies for the amazing beach/pool views. This is a wonderful property!

We loved our stay at 4C Sunshine! Having the extra suite was perfect for family to come and stay. The open space was gorgeous and the views were unbelievable. We spend the entire week on the patio. Two comments I will make were that 1 the lower level guests I'm not sure if they were owners or guests were smoking quite a bit on the patio which made us feel uncomfortable. Also idk why but our feet were black all week! We would wipe the floors down and nothing came up on the wipes but then when we walked around the unit barefoot our feet became black. I'm not sure if it was the rug in the living area or what but that was just inconvenient. Not a deal breaker at all. We will be back!

Great place. Living space was fantastic. Large and open with perfect views. The large wraparound balcony was the best. We spent most of our time out there. Private beach and pool. Nice chairs and umbrellas and cart provided. We were a group of 6 and all were very comfortable.
