Welcome to 'Beach' Condo. Located directly on the sandy beaches of Indian Shores, this condo is sure to be the perfect location for you, your family and friends. The condo has just been FULLY remodeled to a high standard. The condo has a large balcony to take in all the views up and down the beach.

The master King bedroom is en-suite with a shower. The second room has a king bed. The third room has a 'captain' bunk bed, a full on the bottom and twin on top. Second bathroom has shower/tub combo. There is a sofa bed for extra space. There is also a pack and play for your convenience.

'The Beach' condo has just undergone FULL renovations and is open for guests! 'The Beach' is well equipped and will be sure to delight everyone in your party. There is plenty of seating in the living/dining area for your whole group, as well as a table and chairs on the balcony with endless views of the beach and perfect Gulf Coast sunsets! There is a small workspace should you need to do some emails whilst you are staying in our condo. The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans and plates should you choose to cook, or there are plenty of restaurants in the area to let someone else do the cooking for you. There is a grill down by the pool available for communal use if you fancy a BBQ one night. This condo is located on the 3rd floor. The large living area features a 65" TV. The king bedrooms both have a 55" TV and the third bedroom has a 40" TV. The unit also offers WIFI.
